Bagging Equipment

BaggingGuys offers Ship-in Service for some smaller sealing equipment (i.e. Doboy HS Series Portable Sealers, PackRite Sealers, and Emplex MPS Lite.) Following is our service rate schedule for ship-in service and for on-site service/repairs/training performed by our service technician*.

Inspection Fee (Ship-In Service only): We will inspect your machine and provide an estimate for the repair. Inspection Fee is waived if you have service performed.	$ 65.00	Flat Fee
Service Labor (Ship-In Service)	$ 90.00	per Hour
Service Labor (Weekdays [M-F] - 1st Shift	$ 90.00	per Hour
Service Labor (Saturdays and Overtime [M-F > 8 Hours])	$135.00	per Hour
Service Labor (Sundays)	$180.00	per Hour
Travel Time	$ 45.00	per Hour
Mileage to & from your Plant Location	$ 0.500	per Mile
Airfare, Lodging, & Meals for On-Site Service	Varies	Actual Cost
SHIPPING - Shipping charges and freight insurance to and from BaggingGuys are the customer's responsibility.	Varies	N/A

Service Rates and Availability are subject to change. Rates listed assume service is performed during normal business hours. Overtime rates apply for service performed on weekends or 2nd or 3rd shift during the week.

We also offer Replacement Parts for Doboy and Thiele (Bemis) packaging machinery.

* We can schedule On-site Service by a factory service technician for your Doboy, Thiele, Tridyne Process Systems, Advanced Poly-Packaging, and Emplex bagging and packaging machinery. Rates for these services vary by manufacturer. Please call us about rates for these services.
